As a small charity, we rely on the precious support of grant-making trusts. Your grant can make significant change in:

Community Outreach – telephone support; one-to-one advice; supporting women in Child Protection Policies. We help hundreds of survivors of victims every year, and often outreach advice is the first contact point before deciding to move to a refuge.

Welfare Fund – it provides for the emergency needs of women (and their children) who have entered a refuge with nothing; it also funds children’s activities such as outings and fun days.

Schools – Prevention is key to end domestic abuse, of which children are often the hidden victims. Our school programmes teach children what healthy relationships are, how to be safe and how to respect each other and allowa us to identify children in need of support.

Our latest audited Report and Accounts can be accessed on the Charity Commission Website.

Over the years, we have been supported by numerous grant-making trusts, such as the Albert Hunt Trust, Dentons Trusts, Mercers’ Company Charity, the Donald Forrester Trust. Thank you for your invaluable support!

Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is delighted to be a recipient of the Big Lottery Fund’s Women & Girls Initiative and of BBC Children in Need.
