We are seeking to recruit a Young People & Children’s Services Team Leader, a domestic abuse specialist who is passionate about working with vulnerable young people and children who are victims of domestic abuse or intimate relationship abuse.
You will provide direction to the young people & children’s services team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services that provide empowerment and recovery opportunities young people and children who have experienced domestic abuse and violence. You will also carry out support work for young women and girls at risk of domestic abuse in Bromley & Croydon.
You will have significant professional experience of domestic abuse, safeguarding children, managing risk and promoting recovery, as well as an excellent working knowledge of the challenges faced by women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. Experience of managing and developing a team of people will be preferred.
We are a well-established, innovative and forward-thinking domestic abuse service and are seeking a self-motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our dynamic team to help us deliver excellent services to vulnerable women and girls who have experienced intimate relationship abuse or are at risk of abuse.
Job Title: Young People and Children’s Services Team Leader
Hours: full time (35 hours)
Contract Type: fixed term 30th June 2021
Salary: £28,000 – £29,500 (depending on experience)
