Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is seeking to recruit a Young People’s Outreach Officer, a domestic abuse specialist who is passionate about working with vulnerable young women and girls in both one-to-one and group settings.
You will be required to demonstrate a good awareness and understanding of the effects of domestic abuse and the specific issues around the impact of domestic and relationship abuse on young women and girls.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The person we are looking for will also have experience of working with groups of young people to raise awareness of issues that may affect them as well as supporting young women who have experienced abuse.
We are a well-established, innovative and forward-thinking domestic abuse service and are seeking a self-motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our dynamic team to help us deliver excellent services to vulnerable women and girls who have experienced intimate relationship abuse or are at risk of abuse.

Hours: 21 hours/ 3 days (job sharing)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £14,989.8 (£24,983 FTE)
