Are you a survivor of abuse experiencing anxiety, stress or depression?
Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid and Bromley Well are currently piloting a new programme supporting survivors of abuse that are experiencing anxiety, stress or depression.
The Surviving Well Project will provide help towards you:
-Improving your self-esteem and confidence
-Better manage your emotional and mental wellbeing
-Create safer and healthier relationships
Starting in October 2019 – June 2020 there will be 6 free daytime and evening, 8 week well-being support groups hosted across Bromley, with creche facilities.*
If you just need to talk or want to get some general advice around your experiences the ‘The Surviving Well Project’ will also be providing free 1:1 outreach support to help you improve your health and wellbeing.
