For any enquiries, you can email info@bcwa.org.uk or call 0208 3139303. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 4.30pm. This applies to all types of information, including:

• Information about domestic abuse
• Information on BCWA services
• Seeking help and advice
• Enquiries from the media
• Fundraising opportunities & donations
• Partnership opportunities
• Training or talk requests

Complaints

We aim to provide high-quality services to anyone experiencing domestic abuse. We work tirelessly to provide a service that is based on the needs of survivors.  To do this, we need to know what we can improve. Most issues can be dealt with informally. Please ask to speak to a manager and we will take note of your views and recommendations.
