Domestic abuse survivors need your help this Christmas!

When a woman leaves an abusive relationship, it can take a lot of courage to leave everything behind.

Often women who don’t feel safe or supported in the world outside and will actually return to a violent home.

We’re working hard to make sure they feel safe enough to stay.

Being able to give the women who come to us a warm, cheering,homely place to stay is the first step to finding security.

This Christmas 2016, we’re asking for donations of new single bed linen sets, cushions or throws to make the beds we offer feel safe.

We don’t get any funding for these things, and it’s amazing how much good something as simple as a duvet cover and a cushion can do.

We’ve set up a wishlist on Amazon to make it super easy to donate – choose from the list, and it will be delivered directly to our volunteer Kate, who is co-ordinating this appeal.
